Apartment

‘De Ontdekking’ was totally renovated in 2009. This ground-floor apartment is extremely well insulated and very spacious. It has its own private entrance and is completely separate so you have total privacy. You and your children are also very welcome to sit outside and enjoy your own private garden. Should you require a cot or a highchair, this can be easily arranged. In order to preserve the atmosphere of ‘De Ontdekking’, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed either.

The floor plan

Upon entering the hall you find, on the left, the bathroom with a luxurious washbasin and a very comfortable shower cabin. There is a separate toilet with a drinking fountain. To the right, through a pair of wooden sliding doors, you enter into a bedroom with a very comfortable double box-spring bed, which can be easily separated if needed. The hall leads to a large and modern Italian-design kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 5-burner hob, a convection oven with microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Next to the kitchen, you find the dining area in a large living room with a sofa bed, and a TV. From the living room you have immediate access to the garden; a very nice place to sit and relax. The apartment has been provided with all the modern comforts and of course there is also a wireless hotspot.

Modernly furnished

The interior of ‘De Ondekking’ is both modern and cosy. You soon feel at home. Freshly cut flowers, candles, and a basket of fresh fruit are there to welcome our guests. Here and there the modern furniture of the apartment is alternated with some colourful details. In furnishing ‘De Ontdekking’, we were particularly concerned with atmosphere and aura.
